Four layers protect every gym
From the moment someone signs in to the moment they leave — and everything they did in between.
Signing in
- Two-step verificationA 6-digit code from an authenticator app such as Google or Microsoft Authenticator, with recovery codes if the phone is lost. Optional, required for admins or required for everyone — the gym decides.
- Protection from guessingAfter 10 wrong passwords the sign-in is locked for 15 minutes. Repeated wrong verification codes lock it for 15 minutes too.
- Device limitSet how many devices each user can sign in from, and sign out any device remotely.
- Remember this deviceTrusted devices stay signed in for up to 30 days — only a fingerprint of the key is stored, never the key itself.
Who sees what
- Screen permissionsChoose the screens every user can open. Amounts and reports stay with the people you allow.
- Users tied to a branchA branch user works with that branch's members only.
- Every gym on its ownEvery gym's data is separated from the other gyms.
Every action recorded
- Activity logWho added, changed or deleted what, and when — for the gym's admins to review at any time.
- No passwords in the logPasswords and codes are never written in the log.

- Encrypted connectionEvery page opens over HTTPS, and passwords are never stored as plain text.
